十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯浆料与聚乙烯醇浆料的粘附性能及浆膜性能的对比研究

摘　　要：通过制取不同变性程度的十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,测定了不同变性程度的十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的取代度;以聚乙烯醇为比较对象,比较了两种浆料对涤纶纤维上浆的上浆性能及浆膜性能。结果表明:在两种浆液浓度相同的情况下,取代度在接近0.021时的十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯浆料对于涤纶纤维的粘附性能优于聚乙烯醇浆料,聚乙烯醇浆料的浆膜性能优于十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯浆料。By changing the anhydride addition amount of starch from different degree of degeneration of twelve alkenyl succinic acid starch ester, determining the degree of degeneration of twelve alkenyl succinic acid substitution degree of starch ester; with polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） as the object of comparison,two size of poly- ester fiber sizing performance and size film performance are compared. Results show that the two kinds of slur- ry concentration under the condition of same, degree of substitution 0. 021 twelve alkenyl succinic acid ester starch paste for the adhesion property of polyester fiber is better than PVA slurry, PVA slurry size film per- formance due to the esterification of starch.
