高温高压染色机泄漏事故的分析与处理

摘　　要：高温高压染色机是一种压力容器,在纺织印染行业使用普遍。本文分析的高温高压染色机由于结构较长,使用过程中频繁加压升温——降压降温循环,存在交变应力工况。加上制造质量上存在的问题,在使用过程中容易发生泄漏事故。笔者针对高温高压染色机的现状,分析了高温高压染色机的设计、使用工况、制造质量等存在的问题,提出了高温高压染色机安全使用的改进建议。High temperature high pressure dyeing machine is a kind of pressure vessel, commonly used in textile printing and dyeing industry. The high temperature high pressure dyeing machine is easy to leak accident in using process because of its long structure, pressurized heating up frequently and step-down cooling cycle, alternating stress condition, combined with the existing problems in manufacturing quality. In view of the situation of high temperature high pressure dyeing machine, this article analyses the problems in design, operating conditions and manufacturing quality, puts forward the suggestions to improve the safe use of high temperature high pressure dyeing machine.
