摘　　要：根据STCW公约马尼拉修正案的要求,为合理安排船舶机舱资源管理的教学与实操培训,在介绍教学与实操培训现状的基础上,针对存在的问题,分析对比提出根据教学对象差异调整教学、训练方法。在优化师资配置、课堂及实操培训的组织、强化理论教学与实操培训两者的结合等方面提出了新思路,从而达到改善机舱资源管理理论与实操教学效果的目的。According to the requirements of Manila amendments to the STCW convention, the teaching and practical training of ship engine room resource management should be promoted.The current situation of theory teaching and practical training of the engine room resource management is introduced, and the existing problems are analyzed.It is proposed that according to the different teaching object, the teaching and training method should be adjusted.Some new ideas are put forward for optimizing the allocation of teachers and class, strengthening theoretical teaching with the combination of practical training, so as to improve the effect of theory and practice teaching for engine room resource management.
