摘　　要：以大型图书配送中心为研究背景,通过图书配送中心理论分析、储位优化理论方法总结以及图书配送中心拣选储位区域现状调查,总结目前我国图书配送中心现状及问题,以此为立脚点建立相应的储位优化模型,该模型将货品按照重要性分类并指派到适当的储位。在实例验证中,将模型应用于某图书配送中心拣选存储区域,并通过选定的相关指标对前后优化结果进行对比,证明了效率的提升程度。This research looks into large book distribution centers from four perspectives, a theoretical analysis of the book distribution center, a survey of storage optimization theories, an investigation into sorting storage regions of book distribution centers, and a summary of the current problems of China＇s book distribution centers. Then, an optimization model of storage is constructed, which classifies and assigns the goods in accordance with their importance. The model is applied to a book distribution center, and by comparing the related indicators, the empirical study validates the improvement of efficiency before and after the application of the optimization model.
