摘  要:认为拟穴青蟹一对螯足均不具有腕节内刺的个体(Sp)比至少一只螯足具有腕节内刺的个体(Sr)更能适应环境温度的变化。实验比较Sp与Sr鳃ATP酶活性的季节变化,主要结果如下:Sp与Sr鳃线粒体ATPase活性的季节变化模式存在较大的差异,Sr鳃线粒体的Na+K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase和Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase活性全部表现为夏季高于冬季,Sp仅有Ca2+-ATPase活性表现为夏季高于冬季。在冬季,Sp鳃线粒体的3种ATP酶活性都显著高于Sr。总的来说,Sp对低温的代谢补偿高于Sr,从而验证Sp比Sr更能适应环境温度变化这一观点。Through years of research, we contend that the individuals of Scylla paramamosain (Sp)with one spine on the outer margin of the carpus in both chelipeds can adapt better to change of environmental temperature than the individuals(Sr)with no spine on the outer margin of the carpus in either chelipeds. This study compared the seasonal change of ATPase activity in gill between Sp and Sr. Different patterns of seasonal variation of ATPase activity in gill were detected for Sp and Sr. The mitochondrial Na ^+K^+-ATPase,Ca^2+-ATPase and Ca^2+Mg^2+-ATPase activities in the gill of Sr in summer were entirely higher than those in winter. However,only mitochondrial Ca^2+-ATPase activity in the gill of Sr in summer was higher than those in winter. In winter,the three enzyme activities in the gill of Sp were entirely higher than those of Sr. In sum,Sp had a strong metabolic compensation capacity than Sr,which verified the viewpoint that Sp adapted better to change of environmental temperature than Sr.
