摘　　要：通过在KALMAR DCE型空箱堆高机起升油缸底部加装电磁阻断阀,并对相应的电气线路进行改造,解决堆高机在起升油缸进油胶管破裂、主阀阀芯卡死等情况下可能出现的门架自动快速下降问题,有效提高设备的安全性。The safety of equipment is effectively improved following the steps of adding solenoid valve at the bottom side of lifting cylinder and reforming electric circuit on KALMAR DCE empty container handler. At the same time, the probable problems that lifting mast declines quickly because of oil pipe burst and core of main valve block are solved to improve the safety of equipment.
