摘　　要：安全生产是社会经济发展的基本要求,大力开展安全工程领域专业硕士的人才培养已经成为政府、企业和社会的共识。本文主要从人才培养的定位、模式与机制、方案与内容、教学方法、手段和实践教学环节几个方面对安全工程领域专业硕士研究生人才培养模式进行了研究。旨在提高专业硕士的培养质量,满足社会经济的发展对安全生产工程应用型人才的需求。Safety production is the basic requirement of social and economic development,to develop professional safety engineering master＇s training has become the consensus of the government, enterprise and society. This article mainly from the orientation, ＇mode and mechanism of talent training, program and content, teaching methods, means and practice teaching from several aspects of security engineering professional degree graduate student training mode is studied. Aims to improve the quality of the cultivation of the professional master of, meet the social and economic development demand for safety engineering applied talents.
