摘　　要：本文梳理了公共文化服务体系创建的时代特征,分析了公共文化服务体系示范区创建标准中对公共图书馆基础设施建设与服务新要求并总结出第一批公共文化体系示范区创建成功经验,最后以贵阳市图书馆为例,努力探索出一条适合公共图书馆发展服务途径。This paper reviews the times characteristics of creating a public cultural service system, and analyzes the infrastructure construction and new requirement of public cultural service system in the crea- ting standard for public library service demonstration area. And concludes the first successful experience in the creation of public cuh^al system in demonstration area. Eventually it takes the Guiyang Library as an example to explore a suitable way for the public library service development.
