音像资料的USMARC转换为CNMARC探讨——以广州图书馆的外文音像资料在图创系统的编目为例

摘　　要：由于音像资料载体的发展,上世纪八十年代制定的《非书资料著录规则》已不适用于新时期音像资料著录。新时期基于CNMARC的外文音像资料著录在国内还没有统一的规则,参照基于CNMARC的外文图书著录规则,以及根据音像资料的特点,制定外文音像资料需要著录的字段。对比USMARC数据与CNMARC数据的异同,探讨把USMARC格式的外文音像资料书目数据转换为CNMARC。通过USMARC与CNMARC的转换,能直接利用外国音像资料的书目数据,提升外文音像资料的著录质量和速度。As the development of the audio - video material＇s carrier, it needs a new catalogue rules to suit the new situation. According to the rules of book catalogue and the audio - video material character- istics, we can draw up the catalogue fields of foreign audio - video material which based on the CNMARC. This paper is researching how to the cataloging foreign audio - video material to transform US- MARC into CNMARC. Using the data which transform raise the quality of the foreign audio - video materialg from USMARC into CNMARC, it can not only catalogue, but also raise the cataloging speed.
