摘　　要：介绍芬兰林业的整体概况,分析芬兰林业管理的政策工具、芬兰的森林管理特别是国有林管理,得出诸如严格保护、科学经营、财政投入、生态为主、加强立法、注重科研、培养人才等芬兰森林可持续经营对我国国有森林资源管理的启示和借鉴。Introduced the general situation of Finland forestry, analysied the policy tools of Finland forestry management and foresty management of Finland especially the state-owned forest management, some enlightenment and reference have learned for state owned forest resources management in China,such as the strict protection, scientific management,financial investment, ecology first, strengthening legislation, paying attention to scientific research, training personnel and other Finland forest sustainable management.
