摘  要:以聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为增韧剂,对滑石粉填充聚丙烯(PP)进行增韧改性,探讨了不同种类PP和POE对复合材料力学性能和流动性的影响,在此基础上,对制备的复合材料进行了耐候改性,通过氙灯人工加速老化试验和灰卡评级测试考察了其耐候性能。结果表明,通过合理选用PP和POE制备的PP复合材料的缺口冲击强度和熔融指数分别为31.6 k J/m2和20.4 g/10 min,经1 500 h氙灯人工加速老化后,复合材料的灰卡评价可达4-5级。Talcum powder filled polypropylene was modified with POE and the effects of different kinds of PP and POE on the mechanical properties and flowability of PP composites were discussed, on the base of which, the prepared composites were light stabilized and their weathering properties were evaluated through artificial accelerated aging and gray card rating methods. It has been found that the notch impact strength and melt flow index can be improved to reach 31.6kJ/m2 and 20.4g/10min, respectively, by choosing appropriate PP and POE. Meanwhile, after 1500h artificial accelerated aging, the gray card rating of the light stabilized PP composite can be up to level 4-5.
