摘 要:以草莓抗连作障碍突变体Tz-125种苗为试材,采用蘸根法研究外源茉莉酸甲酯(Me JA)对草莓生长指标、抗性生理指标及枯萎病发生的影响。结果表明:不同浓度Me JA蘸根处理均可提高草莓成活率、株高、单株叶面积、根系干重、叶片数量等生长指标;能提高根系超氧化物歧化酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性,降低根系丙二醛生成含量、枯萎病病株率和病情指数,减轻草莓植株发病程度。试验第28天,2.0×10-6 mol/L Me JA处理综合表现较好:成活率为96%,植株长势最优,根系超氧化物歧化酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶分别高达62.05 U/g和0.500 U/g·min,丙二醛含量仅为5.72μmol/L,枯萎病病株率和病情指数分别为32.7%和13.41。试验结果表明,Me JA能提高草莓抗连作障碍能力。Effects of methyl jasmonate on growth, resistance physiological indices and wilt disease occurrence of strawberry were assayed with Tz-125, a resistant mutant to continuous cropping obstacles, as test material by dipping root methods. The results showed that survival rate, plant height, leaf area, root diameter, root dry weight, number of leaves and other growth indices were improved by all concentrations of methyl jasmonate. After being dipped by methyl jasmonate,superoxide dismutase and phenylalnine ammonialyase activities of strawberry roots were promoted significantly, while content of malondialdehyde, wilt disease incidence and disease index were reduced. Improvement effect of methyl jasmonate was the strongest at concentration of 2.0×10^-6mol/L. On the 28 th day, survival rate, superoxide dismutase and phenylalnine ammonialyase activities of strawberry roots were 96%, 62.05 U/g and 0.500 U/g min., respectively. Content of malondialdehyde of roots, wilt disease incidence and disease index were 5.72 μmol/L, 32.7% and 13.41, respectively. Resistant of strawberry seedling against continuous cropping obstacle could be improved by exogenous methyl jasmonate.
