摘　　要：目前中国已经正式进入4G时代,网络部署节奏逐渐加快,LTE用户规模持续增长。如何能够从用户体验角度出发进行网络建设,兼顾多网络融合协调发展,最终实现网络投资效益最大化越来越受到运营商关注。其中TD-LTE和LTE FDD融合组网就是运营商、政府部门和产业界一直探讨的问题。通过LTE产业发展现状、国内频谱资源划分现状以及网络部署关键问题等多角度研究分析,并结合中国联通网络特点和演进需求,提出TD-LTE和LTE FDD融合组网方案以及具体部署建议。As China has moved into 4G era, LTE network deployment speeds up and 4G subscriber grows very fast. Operators are focus-ing on the end user’s experience which means 3G and 4G network including WCDMA, TD-LTE and LTE FDD networks must co-exist and interoperate more closely and effectively to provide better performance. Several aspects of LTE development sta-tus in China, frequency resource, performance and capability of TD-LTE network have been studied and analyzed. Combined with network evolution demands of China Unicom, some proposals and suggestions are provided on how to construct conver-gence network of TD-LTE and LTE FDD.
