摘　　要：通过对目前煤炭码头使用的带斗门式起重机分叉漏斗存在的不足及安全隐患分析,根据改造实例,介绍了改造方案,改造后大大提高了门机调节板物料控制的精准性及整体安全性能。Through analysis of deficiency of safety hazards existing in the bifurcated funnel of bucket gantry crane currently used at coal wharfs, the paper introduces the transformation scheme based on the practical examples. It shows that the transformed scheme has significantly improved accuracy of material control and overall safety performance of the adjusting plate.
