摘　　要：以接结双层组织为基础,通过原料搭配、组织配置,设计正反色彩、原料呈现异面效应的精纺花呢织物。针对织物风格要求,进行原料和纱线选择,确定织物上机经纬密度、设计了色纱循环和组织图,在织物CAD上进行模拟并在电子小样机上试织。与传统单层毛织物相比,手感丰厚挺括,正面色彩丰富,细腻光洁,呢面纹路清晰大方,里层触感适应性和皮肤适应性良好,具有较好的尺寸稳定性、可缝性和服用性,格型大小和色彩可以变化,制作服装时可以免衬里。Double face with different color and material based on stitching double worsted fabric is designed creatively in the article by proper arrangement of material and weave. Aiming at the fabric style, the material and yarn is chosen, the count of fabric is calculated, the yarn array cycle and fabric weave is designed cleverly and the effect is simulated. The fabric is woven on electronic sample loom at the same time. Compared with conventional single worsted fabric, the fabric has the property of thick, colorful , fine and distinct lines. It has great soft touch feeling , stability, sew ability and performance. The size of check pattern and color is variable , and non-liner is available.
