摘 要:为了研究悬垂形成方式对悬垂外观形貌的影响,在自制实验装置上使用2种不同方式分别形成悬垂:D1悬垂和D2悬垂。D1悬垂是在自身重力作用下形成的静态悬垂,D2悬垂是在经旋转、模拟的动态悬垂后形成的静态悬垂。利用数码相机进行数据采集和分析,正态检验表明:2种悬垂下的各指标数据基本呈正态分布。T检验结果表明:D2悬垂相比D1悬垂,其悬垂外观形貌的变化主要表现在悬垂系数F,悬垂形态比ρ,波峰分布角离散系数CVα,波谷半径离散系数CVRt,综合不匀指数CV∏,悬垂因子ε等6个指标上,且变化非常显著。静态悬垂在经历小应力的动态悬垂后,其外观形貌更趋于均匀,也更接近悬垂实际。In order to stu types of D1 and D2 of static dy the influences of drape formation on static drape appearanceof fabric, two drape were achieved on the self-made device. The drape DI was obtained under its own gravity, the drape D2 was obtained by rotating, only for simulation on static drape after experiencing dynamic drape. Drape images were acquired by digital camera and data were analyzed, the normal test showed that the values of indexes follow normal distributions under two kinds of drapes. The results of T-test showed thatvariety of drape D2 appearance compared to D1 drape, were mainly focused on coefficient F, drape shape ratio p, dispersion coefficient of wave distribution angle CV, dispersion coefficient of trough radius CVRt, comprehensive irregularity index CVn , drape factorε, and variety was very significant. Static drape's appearance was more uniform after dynamic drape of less stress, and was closer to the actual drape.
