摘 要:高产蛋鸡100周龄产500个蛋是蛋鸡产业关注的话题。本研究开展高产蛋鸡品种100周龄的生产性能观察,为开展100周龄产蛋量选育做可行性研究。观察群体为上海家禽育种有限公司的白来航鸡父母代种鸡、洛岛红鸡A系和洛岛红鸡B系,这3个群体都是开展新杨蛋鸡配套系生产的高产蛋鸡。在种鸡群生产周期后分别保留240只母鸡继续饲养,洛岛红鸡B系保留30只公鸡。白来航鸡、洛岛红鸡A系和B系100周龄存栏鸡产蛋量分别达到481.8、433.8个和449.5个,入舍母鸡产蛋量分别达到456.8、389.9个和421.1个。全同胞家系配种99周种蛋受精率为87.8%-89.5%,家系受精蛋孵化率73.6%-84.9%。99周龄种鸡与47周龄种鸡的后代雏鸡48日龄体重没有显著差异。结果显示,高产蛋鸡100周龄产蛋量与蛋鸡的健康状态相关,种鸡100周龄的种蛋孵化性能和雏鸡生长发育性能可以满足纯系鸡选育留种的需要。It is deeply concerned that layers produce 500 eggs in 100 weeks of age. The research observed the production performance of high-yield layers in 100 weeks of age, to breed genetically White Leghorn Chickens, A line and B line of Rhode Island Reds, as high-yield egg lay production until 100 weeks. er breed of Xinyang Layer Package series of Shanghai Poultry Breeding Company Ltd, were fed for longer production cycle. When house chickens were mostly end in normal production cycle, 240 hens of each line and 30 sires of Rhode Island Reds B line, were left to feed for production in another house. Egg production, hatchability and offspring bodyweight were measured in the continued feeding and observing. The hen-day egg production of White Leghorn Chickens, A line and B line of Rhode Island Reds of 100 weeks were 481.8,433.8 and 449.5, while hen-housed egg production were 456.8,389.9and 421.1, respectively. Full-sib mate fertility of Rhode Island Reds in 99 weeks of age was 87.8%-89.5%, and the fertility egg hatchability was 73.6%-84.9%. There were not significantly different on body weight of chickens in 48 days of age between different parents groups of age 99 and 47 weeks. The research shows that production in 100 weeks of age is related to layer healthy, hatchability and growing developed of offspring from 99 weeks parents could meet the demands of pure lines genetic breeding.
