摘　　要：本文建立了模糊最短路机会约束规划模型，然后利用基于模糊模拟、神经元网络和遗传算法相结合的混合智能算法进行求解。This paper established a fuzzy shortest path chance constrained programming model. Then combined with fuzzy simulationand neural network and genetic algorithm to get a hybrid intelligent algorithm. And the fuzzy shortest path of chance constrainedprogramming model is solved using the intelligent algorithm
