美国药师“良知拒绝”权利维护及启示

摘　　要：对"良知拒绝"的含义及其产生的背景进行介绍;对美国部分州关于药师维权的政策、法规作简要概述;对药师维权争议双方,即生命至上和选择至上的观点进行梳理并作简要评析。并基于美国药师"良知拒绝"维权对我国的启示,提出尽快出台《执业药师法》、加强药师协会作用的建议。This essay firstly introduced the concept of“conscience refusal”and its background and then briefly summarized the current policy and laws of America related to“conscience refusal”with examples of some states. Then, the views of the pro-life and pro-choice were analyzed with comment. The experience that China could learn from America was discussed with two suggestions including the enaction of thePharmacistLawand strengthening the role of pharmacist association.
