临床药师培训需注重临床能力的培养

摘　　要：临床药师在药物的合理应用中发挥了巨大的作用,但缺乏临床用药实践严重限制了临床药师事业的发展。应加强临床药师临床能力的培养,建议从抗菌药物合理应用、患者的临床表现、病历及药历的书写、药品不良反应等方面加强临床药师培训,突破其临床知识和技能缺乏的瓶颈,保证合理用药。The clinical pharmacists have played an important role in the rational use of drugs, however the lack of clinical medication practice has seriously restricted the career development of clinical pharmacist. The cultivation of clinical ability of pharmacist should be reinforced. It is suggested that to the training of clinical pharmacist should be strengthened from the following aspects such as rational use of antibacterial drugs, clinical manifestation of patients, medical record and medication record writing,side effects of drugs and so on so as to break through the bottleneck due to lack of clinical knowledge and skills and ensure the rational use of drugs.
