摘 要:为了研究影响高碳钢线材拉伸性能的因素,避免马氏体组织,进行了热模拟实验室实验及生产应用,结果表明:随着吐丝温度提高,钢材的抗拉强度、断面收缩率提高,珠光体片层间距减小,且冷速为15℃/s钢的抗拉强度优于10℃/s的钢,但吐丝温度达到940℃,因钢中出现马氏体组织,虽然抗拉强度仍有提高,但断面收缩率下降。生产中通过调整斯太尔摩入口辊速、风机风量来控制冷却速度和相变温度,可以达到所期望的金相组织和拉伸性能。The thermal simulation laboratory experiments and production application were carried out to study the factors affecting the tensile properties of high carbon wire rod and to avoid martensite. The re- sults showed that as the spinning temperature increased, the tensile strength, reduction of cross--section area increased while the pearlite interlamellar spacing decreased, and that the tensile strength at cooling rate 15 ℃/s was better than that at 10 ℃ /s. In the case of the spinning temperature reaching 940 ℃ due to existence of martensite, the tensile strength was improved, but the reduction of area decreased. In pro- duction, the entrance roll speed of Stelmor and the amount of breeze of the breeze machine could be adjus- ted to control the cooling speed and phase transition temperature, achieving the desired, microstructure and tensile properties.
