摘  要:通过无铬钝化液的配方设计、初试、正交设计等工作,对无铬钝化液各组分的作用进行了研究,最后经过配方优化获取了以钼酸盐为主的钝化配方。并对钝化液的稳定性,钝化膜的均匀性、附着力与耐盐雾性能进行了研究,试验结果证明,研制的保型钝化液各项性能良好。The effect of chrotriitu-free passivation solution component was investigated by formulation design, the first test and orthogonal design, Then, molybdate-based passivation formula was obtained by the formulation optimized. Uniformity and adhesion force of the passive film, and stability and salt spray resistance of passivation solution were also studied. The results showed that the environmental passivation solution which had been developed were of fine performances.
