摘  要:简述了热轧硅钢步进加热炉工况特点,分析了硅钢步进加热生产工艺要求,针对性提出了高效平稳的电液比例控制方案,设计了液压和电控系统,并对炉床升降和动梁平移回路进行了详细剖析,编写了设备的控制程序,整个系统运行平稳可靠,运行单次循环周期为44.7s。经多年运行考核,该系统控制精度高,实现了钢坯的轻托轻放,能有效提高产量和钢坯表面质量,达到硅钢加热工艺要求,效果良好。This paper gives a brief description of the working condition and characteristics of the walk- ing beam reheating furnace of hot rolling silicon steel, analyzes the process requirement of silicon steel walking reheating production, specifically puts forward an effective and smooth electro-hydraulic propor- tional control scheme, and designs its hydraulic and electric control systems. Then the detailed analysis on the loop of hearth lifting and moving beam translation has been made, and the control program of the e- quipment is compiled. The whole system runs steadily and reliably, and its single cycle time is 44.7 s. After years of inspection, the system has maintained high control accuracy and handled the billet gently, in- creasing the yield and the surface quality of steel effectively, meeting the requirement of silicon steel heat- ing process, and proving highly effective.
