计算机辅助测试模式下普通话水平测试员业务能力的培养

摘　　要：计算机辅助普通话水平测试给测试员带来了外在的变化和实质性影响，给测试员业务能力培养提出了新课题和新思路。以国家普通话水平测试信息管理系统为平台，加强建设，开发功能，为测试员自我学习、相互交流、深入研究提供条件，让测试与测试员测评能力培训同步，以测试促进研究，以研究推进测试，是机辅测试模式下测试员业务能力培养的可行途径。Computer-aided Putonghua Level Test brings about external change and substantial influence to putonghua examiners and develops new ideas for cultivation of examiners＇ professional skills. Based on the Information Management System of Putonghua Level Test, strengthening construction, exploiting function, providing condition for examiners＂ self-learning, mutual communication and further study and co- ordinating test and examiners＇ skill cultivation are the practical ways to cultivate examiners＂ professional skills under the model of computer-aided test.
