摘　　要：笔者根据经济学均衡原则,在以家庭文化经济内涵为基础,分析家庭文化构建中的女性角色变迁中发现,传统社会女性角色主要在家庭内,家庭期待男性多于女性;现代社会女性角色从家庭延伸到社会,家庭对男女期待逐渐平等;从经济学的边际收益递减和主客观结合思想分析发现,女性角色变迁的实质是实现男女平等;女性受教育水平和参与就业为女性角色变迁和性别平等奠定了基础,也是家庭文化构建中不可或缺的重要方面;从现代女性接受小学、初中、高中等教育状况分析发现,接受高层次教育的女性逐渐增加且一定条件下超过男性;从分行业女性就业分析发现,女性就业涉及行业多,各行业就业不断增加且在某些行业的就业率高于男性;现代社会女性接受高层次教育和参与就业状况表明,女性在家庭中的地位和作用日益增强且逐渐被重视。笔者认为,在家庭文化构建中女性的作用具有递增的路径依赖,即女性依次发挥环境营造者、事业帮协者和精神传感者的作用。Based on economic connotation of family culture by the equilibrium principle of economics, the author analyzes the change of female role in family culture construction, and it finds that female mainly plays family role in the traditional society, so the family prefers male to female; female role extends from family to society in the modem society, so family wants equally for male and female. With law of diminishing marginal and economics subjective-objective combination thoughts, the substance of change of female role is to achieve equality between male and female. The level of education and employment for female are the foundation for the change of female role and gender equality, and also are essential aspects for family culture construction. From the level of elementary and middle school education for modem female, this paper demonstrates that the number of female receiving higher education has been getting constantly increase even more than male under certain conditions; From female employment in variety industries analysis, the range of female employment involve kinds of industries, and this paper notes that the number of female employment has been increasing in all industries as well as the ratio of female employment is also more than male＇s in sonae industries. To receive higher education and employment for female in modern society come to prove that the position and role of female in the family are increasing and gradually be valued. The author indicates that there exists path dependence of increasing role in family culture construction, namely, female plays a role as the environment builder, the career helper and the spirit infector in family successively.
