摘  要:目的:建立简便、快速、适合教学的高效液相色谱法来测定中药及制剂中有效组分含量的学生实验方法。方法:以70%乙醇作为提取溶剂,采用Hypersil ODS柱,检测波长280 nm,以甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液为流动相测定复方一清颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。结果:70%乙醇作为黄芩苷的提取溶剂,提取效率高,杂质少,符合中药制剂分析的要求。此外,采用甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液作为流动相测定复方一清颗粒中黄芩苷的含量,与药典方法相比较,含量测定符合标准,且分析用时短,后处理方便。结论:建立的方法经济、简便、快速、准确,适合实验教学使用。Aim: Establish a simple and fast method to determine effective components in traditional Chinese medicine by HPLC for experimental teaching. Methods: baicalin in Yiqing granules was extracted with 70% ethanol and determined by HPLC chromatography on a Hypersil ODS column, using methanol -0. 1% acetic acid as mobile phase and 280 nm as detection wavelength. Results: High efficiency with less impurities extraction method for baicalin was obtained by using 70% ethanol, which fits the requirements of Chinese medicinal preparations analysis. On the other hand, to compare with the pharmacopoeia method, using methanol -0. 1% acetic acid as mobile phase for baicalin in Yiqing granules was more applicable and saved much time, it also reduced some column cleaning procedures at the end of experiment. Conclusion: This method is economical, convenient and precise, which can be used for experimental teaching.
