摘　　要：随着国家科研投入力度加大,科研院所承载的科研攻关任务与日俱增,出现了实验室面积不足、实验室超负荷运转、实验室人员结构复杂等问题,存在着明显的实验室安全隐患。为加强科研院所实验室安全管理,分析了新时期实验室存在的安全问题及原因,总结了国外及港台地区实验室安全管理经验,提出了实验室安全管理组织体系、制度体系、文化培育体系及建立实验室安全管理联动运行机制的方式方法,为科研院所科技创新持续发展提供安全保障。With national tried hard to increase investment in scientific research, sciences research institutes got more and more research tasks, which led to a lack of laboratory area, laboratory overload working, the more complex of laboratory personnel structure, and so on. To enhance the safety management of laboratory on sciences research institutes, this paper analyzed the issues of laboratory safety management in new age, summed up the experience of laboratory safety management at home and abroad, tection proposed the construction keys of laboratory safety management system, and then provided proto the technological innovation development of sciences research institutes.
