摘　　要：随着我国空巢家庭的比例越来越高,空巢老人的养老问题引起了越来越多的关注。居家养老是当前我国城市空巢老人理想化的养老模式,但仍存在资金短缺、人员不足等困境。为提高城市社区空巢老人居家养老的服务效率和服务水平,一方面可以组织空巢老人开展多种形式的互助养老服务,另一方面可以通过搭建智能养老平台为空巢老人提供多种类型的智能养老服务。Along with the increasingly high proportion of empty nest family in our country, the pension problem of empty nester has attracted more and more attentions. The home- based care for the aged is an ideal pension mode for the empty nesters in city community of our country in modern time, but there are several troubles of this mode such as the shortage of funds and manpower. In order to improve the service efficiency and level of home-based care for the empty nesters in city community, we should organize empty nesters to carry out various forms of interactive support services of pension, and build intelligent platform of pension to provide various types of intelligent services of pension for empty nester.
