摘　　要：为了解决当前城市社区综合服务中心的独立性、稳定性和专业性问题,必须在它的服务理念中明确在社区工作中可以建立不同的服务层次,以此来扩展其服务支持途径,进而在不同的社区中丰富和扩展其服务方案,赢得所在社区居民的参与和支持。只有这样,才能使服务中心在为社区居民提供服务的过程中,为社区生态的整体变迁做出贡献。在推动社区建设的同时,也为服务中心的良性循环发展奠定扎实基础。In order to solve the current problems in urban community integrated service center in its independence, stability and speciality, we should make its' service concept clear that we can establish different service levels, then can we extend its service support way, and further enrich its service plan in different communities, win the community residents' participate and support. Only in this way, the urban community integrated service center could make great contribution to the overall change of community ecology in the progress of service. Then this way of development can both benefit to the community development and lay a solid foundation for its benign circulation in urban community integrated service itself.
