摘  要:目的探讨SP-A含量与新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的关系。方法对我院出生的胎龄小于34周的早产儿,统一测定SP-A,按胎龄分组,计算各组SP-A含量,计算每组NRDS发生率;将发生呼吸窘迫综合征的患儿作为观察组,未发生的作为对照组,比较SP-A含量差异;计算早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征SP-A含量95%医学参考值。结果 98例早产儿有32例发生了NRDS,两组SP-A含量比较差异有统计学意义,推断早产儿发生NRDS SP-A含量医学参考值为11.68 ng/m L。结论 SP-A含量增加,NRDS发生率降低;胎龄增大,SP-A含量增大;发生与未发生NRDS的患儿的SP-A含量差异有统计学意义,推断早产儿发生RDS医学参考值为11.68 ng/m L,为以后临床工作中快速测定该值,预测发生NRDS,并进行早期应用PS制剂提供理论依据。Objective To study the relationship between levels of SP-A and the occurrence of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS). Methods The premature infants of gestational age 〈 34 weeks were collected in our hospital. The premature infants with RDS as the observation group, non as the control group, and the levels of SP-A were analyzed and compared between the two groups.And then the 95% medical reference range of levels of SP-A of premature infants with RDS was calculated by statistical methods. Results There was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01), the 95% medical reference range of levels of SP-A of premature infants with RDS was 11.68 ng/mL. Conclusion The level of SP-A was significantly correlated between the occurrence of premature infants with RDS. The 95% medical reference range of levels of SP-A of premature infants provide the theory for the early application of pul- monary surfactant.
