综合性护理干预对重组人α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理干预对重组人α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染疗效的影响。方法将2013年1月~2014年1月于我院确诊并接受治疗的慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的患者100例,采用随机数字表法则分为干预组50例与对照组50例,两组均予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶进行治疗,干预组在此基础上实施综合性护理干预,对照组予以随机对症护理,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效以及两组患者治疗后异常分泌物持续时间及身体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活四个维度的生活质量评分。结果干预组治疗后治愈27例、好转20例、无效3例,总有效率达94.0%;对照组治疗后治愈24例、好转16例、无效10例,总有效率达80.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组患者治疗后异常分泌物持续时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预前两组的生活质量评分中身体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活四个维度评分组间比较,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后两组生活质量评分中的身体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活四个维度评分均较干预前显著提高,且干预组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合性护理干预可以提高重组人α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的疗效,改善临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for recombinant human alpha -2b gel in treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection. Methods A total of 100 chronic eervicitis incorporated with HPV infected patients from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital diagnosed and treated patients, according to the random number table rule divided into intervention group 50 cases and control group 50 cases, two groups were treated by recombinant human interferon alpha -2b gel treatment, the intervention group on the basis of implementing comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group was treated with random and symptomatic care,curative effect was compared between the two groups after treatment, and abnormal discharge duration, physical function, psychological function, social function, quality of life score of four dimensions of material life were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, 27 cases were cured, 20 cases were better, 3 cases were invalid, the total effec- tive rate was 94% in the intervention group; the control group after treatment, 24 eases were cured, 16 cases were bet- ter, 10 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 80% ,the total efficiency of two groups were compared,the differ- ence was significant between two groups （P〈0.05）. Patients in the intervention group after the treatment of abnormal discharge duration was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The function of the body, the quality of life score of the two groups before the intervention of psychological function, social function,four dimensions of material life scores were compared between two groups, with no statistical significance （P〉 0.05）.Quality of life score of two groups after the intervention of physical function,psychological function,social function,four dimensions of material life scores improved significantly before intervention, and the intervention group was significantly higher
