摘  要:挤压成形是指将金属毛坯放入挤压模膛(腔)内,加压后使之在模膛内塑变流动,获得所需形状的零件。挤压时毛坯不加热,即在室温(冷态)下进行挤压成形为冷挤压,尺寸小的零件一般采用冷挤压成形,可获得精度高的零件,模具强度要求高。本文对一蘑菇状零件作冷挤压设计,关键在于缩短垂直于挤压方向上的材料流动距离。Extrusion refers to the process in which the metal blank is put into the extrusion die bore (cavity) , pressurized to make it groove in the plastic. During extrusion, the blank is not heated,but ex- truded and molded under room temperature ( cold state), which is called cold extrusion. Small size parts are generally made in cold extrusion, and the precision is high, so requiring high strength to molds. In this paper, mushroom -shaped parts are designed under cold extrusion, and the key is to shorten the dis- tance perpendicular to the extrusion material flow direction.
