摘　　要：病案管理信息系统已在医院广泛应用,它是利用网络技术和计算机系统对病案信息进行现代化管理的有效方法。数据质量缺陷是信息系统运行中经常出现的问题,给医院工作人员及管理者造成诸多不利影响。本文从病案信息的特点出发,简要分析了数据质量存在的问题,详细论述了数据质量问题对医院病案管理信息系统的影响,并提出几点解决数据质量问题的对策。Case management information system has been widely used in hospitals, it is an effective way to take advantage of network technology and computer systems to modernize medical record information management.Data quality defects are recurring problems of information system operation, causing many adverse effects to the hospital staff and managers.This paper starting from the characteristics of medical record information, brief analyzes the problems of data quality, and discusses in detail the impact of data quality problems for hospital case management information system, and put forward some measures to solve the data quality problems.
