摘　　要：目的:了解综合干预对机械通气患者床头抬高依从性的影响。方法:对某三甲医院综合ICU机械通气患者床头抬高进行综合干预,分析干预前后4∶00、10:00、17∶00、23∶00床头抬高依从性的变化情况。结果:综合干预前后,机械通气患者床头抬高≥30°依从性分别为70.55%、94.54%,其中4∶00、10∶00、17∶00、23∶00 4个时间点也分别由干预前的59.73%、84.09%、67.70%、68.95%提升至91.91%、94.76%、94.82%、96.47%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对ICU机械通气患者床头抬高的综合干预,提高了ICU临床护士对机械通气患者床头抬高重要性的认识,进而提高了机械通气患者床头抬高的依从性。Objective：To know the effect of comprehensive interventions on the compliance of rising the bed head of patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit.Method：The comprehensive interventions in a tertiary hospital were used to improve the compliance of rising the bed head,then the differences of the compliance of rising the bed head at 4∶00,10∶00,17∶00,23∶00 before and after the intervention were analyzed.Result：The compliance of rising the bed head ≥30＆#176; before and after the comprehensive intervention were respectively 70.55%,94.54%, four time points of 4∶00,10∶00,17∶00,23∶00 after intervention respectively was 59.73%,84.09%,67.70% and 68.95%, higher than before intervention of 91.91%,94.76%,94.82% and 96.47%,the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive intervention of rising the bed head in the intensive care unit can improve recognition of the importance of the nurse in the intensive care unit, then improve the compliance of rising the bed head.
