关节松动术配合玻璃酸钠导入治疗骨关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨关节松动术配合玻璃酸钠导入治疗骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月-2013年1月本院住院部及门诊部的膝关节骨关节炎患者100例，将其随机分为联合治疗组（n=50）和对照组（n=50），联合治疗组给予患者关节松动术联合玻璃酸钠导入治疗，对照组采用常规玻璃酸钠膝注射治疗，观察两组治疗1个月后的临床疗效，统计关节积液量、膝关节疼痛评分、Lysholm膝量表评分、关节活动度，并记录其不良反应。结果联合治疗组总有效为98.0%，高于对照组的88.0%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.008，P〈0.05）；联合治疗组关节积液量少于对照组，膝关节疼痛评分均明显低于对照组，Lysholm膝量表评分、关节活动度均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=8.76、9.05、7.33、10.24，均P〈0.05）。结论膝关节骨关节炎患者实施关节松动术联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗是可行的，在提高临床治疗效果的同时，可降低患者的疼痛感，改善关节积液量和关节活动度，值得临床广泛推广及应用。Objective To explore the effect of joint mobilization combined with sodium hyaluronate import in treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods 100 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis in inpatient and outpatient department in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected,and were randomly divided into combined treatment group （n=50） and control group （n=50）,patients in combined treatment group were given with joint mobilization combined with sodium hyaluronate import,the control group were given with conventional injection of sodium hyaluronate in knee.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after one month treatment was observed,joint effusion quantity,knee pain score, Lysholm knee rating scale score,joint mobility was counted,and the adverse reaction was recorded. Results The total ef-fective rate of combined treatment group was 98.0%,higher than 88.0% of control group,the difference was significant （χ2=9.008,P〈0.05）.The joint effusion quantity of combined treatment group was less than that of control group,knee pain score was lower than that of control group,the Lysholm knee rating scale score,joint mobility was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant （t=8.76,9.05,7.33,10.24,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementing of joint mo-bilization combined with sodium hyaluronate import in treatment of knee osteoarthritis is feasible,it can improve the ef-fect of clinical treatment,while also reduce the pain of patients,improve the joint effusion quantity and joint mobility, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic widely.
