消肿止痛酊结合冷敷在骨伤科中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨消肿止痛酊结合冷敷在骨伤科骨折早期所致肿胀、疼痛的治疗效果。方法将本院2012年12月-2014年11月收治的300例骨伤科骨折早期患者随机分为两组，每组150例，治疗组使用消肿止痛酊外涂结合传统冷敷，对照组伤处予冰袋冷敷。比较两组消肿、止痛的疗效。结果治疗组消肿的总有效率为99.33%，显著高于对照组的88.00%（χ2=16.239，P=0.000）；治疗组止痛的总有效率为95.33%，显著高于对照组的79.33%（χ2=17.356，P=0.000）。结论消肿止痛酊外涂结合传统冷敷对骨折早期所致软组织肿胀、疼痛的效果良好，可在临床推广应用。Objective To study the treatment effect of Xiaozhongzhitong tincture combined with cold compress on swelling and pain of early stage of frcture in department of orthopedics and traumatology. Methods 300 patients with early stage of fracture in department of orthopedics and traumatology treated in our hospital from December 2012 to November 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,and there were 150 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaozhongzhitong tincture for external coating combined with traditional cold compress,while control group only received traditional cold compress treatment.The curative effect of subsidence of a swelling and acesodyne between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of subsidence of a swelling in treatment group （99.33%） was higher than that of control group （88.00%） （χ2=16.239,P=0.000）;the total effective rate of acesodyne in treatment group （95.33%） was higher than that of control group （79.33%） （χ2=17.356,P=0.000）. Conclusion Xi-aozhongzhitong tincture for external coating combined with traditional cold compress has good effect for swelling and pain of soft tissue in early stage of fracture,and it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
