摘　　要：文中介绍了深穿透地球化学勘查方法的原理及理论背景，简明扼要地描述了地气法、金属活动态法、电地球化学法、活动金属离子法和酶提取法的理论基础、方法技术，总结了深穿透地球化学方法在国内的研究现状及存在的问题，为开展深部找矿工作提供一定的参考依据。The principle and theoretical background of deep-penetrating geochemistry are briefly reviewed in this paper, including the theory and technology of Geogas method, Selective Leaching of Mobile Metals, Electrogeochemistry, Mobile Metal Ions and Enzyme Leach. This paper summarized the recent research status and problems of deep-penetrating geochemistry in China in order to provide a reference for the future deep prospecting work.
