恩施部分地区老年类风湿关节炎患者抑郁状态的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查恩施部分地区老年类风湿关节炎患者抑郁状态情况及其原因。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,对恩施地区的540例老年类风湿关节炎患者进行调查分析。结果:无抑郁140例,占26.92%;轻度抑郁270例,占51.92%;中重度抑郁110例,占21.15%;男性患者抑郁156例,占30%,女性患者抑郁364例,占70%。导致患者抑郁状态排在前3位的原因是担心疾病疼痛、担心生活不能自理和担心药物副作用,分别为138例、108例和68例,所占比例分别为36.30%、28.42%和17.89%,占所有原因的82.61%。结论:恩施部分地区73.08%的老年类风湿关节炎患者均存在抑郁情绪,这与恩施地区属于武陵山区日照少有关,也与恩施地区经济条件较差,老年人负担重有关,还与长期使用抗风湿药物导致毒副作用有关。Objective：To investigation the some areas in Enshi depression of elderly rheumatoid arthritis patients and their causes.Methods：By the way of questionnaire survey, investigation and Analysis on 540 cases of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Enshi area.Results： 140 cases without depression, accounting for 26.92%;270 cases of Mild depression,accounting for 51.92%;110 cases of severe depression, accounting for 21.15%;156 cases of male patients with depression,accounting for 30%;364 cases of female patients with depression,accounting for 70%;Lead to depression status of patients in the three reason is that the former disease pain,fear of life can not take care of themselves and worry about the side effects of drugs,were 138 cases,108 cases and 68 cases,the proportion was 36.30%,28.42% and 17.89%,accounted for the entire cause depression 82.61%.Conclusion：Parts of Enshi in 73.08% elderly patients had depression,this area belongs to the Wuling and Enshi mountain sunshine less relevant,but also with the economic condition of Enshi is poor, the heavy burden of the elderly, but also with the long-term use of antirheumatic drugs in the toxic and side effect
