摘　　要：按照G20的要求,金融稳定理事会和巴塞尔委员会主导推进国际金融监管改革,2014年主要在增强金融机构稳健性、解决金融机构"太大而不能倒"问题、改进影子银行监管和加强金融基础设施等方面出台了一系列标准、原则和指引文件,未来将更加重视政策制定和标准实施工作的平行推进,并在提高银行监管有效性方面提出更多建议。In responding to the G20 leaders＇ commitments and led by the Financial Stability Board （FSB） and Basel Committee on Banking Supervision （BCBS）, the global financial regulatory reform kept advancing in 2014. A number of standards, sound practices, and guidelines were introduced, covering areas such as building more resilient financial institutions, addressing the ＂too-big-to-fail＂ problem, improving monitoring of shadow banking, as well as strengthening the financial infrastructure. Entering into the next phase, the FSB and BCBS will undertake a broader vision to place more emphasis on the implementation of regulatory standards in parallel with policy development, and put forward more recommendations to promote effective banking supervisions.
