摘　　要：苦豆子为豆科槐属植物,在我国分布广泛,资源丰富,药用价值高。本文对苦豆子中生物碱类的化学成分、提取分离、检测手段及药理作用进行了综述,以期为苦豆子生物碱的进一步研究提供理论参考。Sophora alopecuroides L.is a leguminous Plant of Sophora.It is widely distributed in China.Itˊs rich in natural resources and valuable to medicine.A summary of chemical constituents, extraction and separation, detection means and pharmacological activities was made in this thesis, so as to provide theory reference for the further research on the alkaloid of Sophora alopecuroides L.
