摘 要:马钢热电总厂新区电厂化学水处理系统,采用的是一级除盐+混床工艺,该系统自投产以来,阴、阳离子交换器再生酸、碱耗一直偏高。从影响阴、阳离子交换器再生效果的多个可能因素着手,通过现场实际检查和查阅相关的资料,最终找出"再生工艺参数搭配不佳"这个症结,并针对该症结采取了"运用正交法优化离子交换器再生工艺"的措施,最终确认了再生工艺参数搭配的最佳方案,使得阴、阳离子交换器再生酸、碱耗大大降低,降耗减排效果显著。The chemical water treatment system using primary desalting + mixed bed process in Masteel’s New Area had suffered excessive consumption of regenerated acid and alkali in the anion and cation exchanger since operation start. Beginning with various factors possibly affecting the regeneration performance of the anion and cation exchanger and through field inspection and consulting relevant data, the problem of “poor coordination of regenera-tion process parameters”was finally pinpointed. To solve the problem, the measure of“opti-mizing the regeneration process of ion exchanger with orthogonal method”was taken to deter-mine the optimal program of the regeneration process parameters, which has greatly reduced the consumption of regenerated acid and alkali in the anion and cation exchanger and achieved significant emission reduction.
