摘  要:马钢新区电厂化学水处理生水过滤系统,采用的是目前国内先进的原水过滤设备—GXY-B型高效纤维过滤器。但由于近年来原水水质恶化、纤维束自身特点等原因,该型高效纤维过滤器运行压差逐步增大,最高达0.3 MPa,大大超过了设计值(≤0.1 MPa)。通过对纤维束进行碱洗再生的技术尝试,使高效过滤器运行压差降到0.04 MPa,降本增效效果明显,大大延长了纤维束的使用寿命,保证了生产的持续、稳定、经济运行。The water filtration system of chemical water treatment at the thermal power plant of Masteel New Area adopted currently domestically advanced raw water filtration e-quipment of the GXY-B type high-efficiency fiber filter. Due to raw water quality deteriora-tion in recent years and factors such as the characteristics of fiber bundles, however, the op-eration differential pressure of the fiber filters has gradually increased to up to 0.3 MPa, much higher than the design value (less than 0.1 MPa). Through technical trials of alkali washing regeneration process on the fiber bundles, the operation differential pressure of the high efficiency filter was reduced to 0.04 MPa, which has greatly prolonged the service life of fiber bundles, ensured consistent, stable and economic production operation and brought significant economic benefit.
