摘　　要：心理资本是积极心理学的重要内容,对心理资本的提出、概念、结构、前因变量、结果变量进行综述,并在此基础上,介绍了心理资本与人际因素关系的研究现状,这些人际因素包括依恋、家庭功能、师生关系,其与心理资本的关系则主要是通过心理资本的分维度显示。The psychological capital is the important content of positive psychology.It summarized the presen-ting,concept,structure,antecedent variables and outcome variables of psychological capital.And it introduced the research status quo of the relationship between psychological capital and interpersonal factors on that basis. These interpersonal factors included the attachment,family function,relationship between teachers and students.Its relationship with the psychological capital was showed mainly through the fractal dimension of psychological capital.
