摘 要:对比分析了薄壁铸态球铁件与薄壁可锻铸铁件的力学性能、铸造性能及使用性能。介绍了采用球铁取代可锻铸铁来生产薄壁管路连接件的实例及工艺控制参数。生产结果显示:球铁管件的抗拉强度超过450MPa,伸长率超过15%,屈服强度250MPa,硬度120~180HB,不仅符合技术要求,还超过了可锻铸铁的各项性能指标;每吨球铁管件的生产成本比可锻铸铁管件降低近85%,每吨球铁管件的能耗比可锻铸铁管件降低近50%,实现了节能减排的目的。The mechanical properties,castability and working properties of the thin section nodular iron castings and malleable iron castings were compared and analyzed. The example and process control parameters of pipe connector production by using nodular cast iron to replace malleable cast iron were introduced. Production result showed that the tensile strength of nodular iron pipe connectors was higher than 450 MPa,their elongation was higher than 15%,yield strength was of 250 MPa,hardness was of120~180 HB. All above properties not only met the technical requirements,and also exceeded all properties specification of the malleable cast iron. The production cost per ton nodular iron pipe connectors could be reduced about 8.5% compared with malleable iron connectors,and the energy consumption per ton nodular iron pipe connectors could be reduced about 50%compared with malleable iron connectors and thereby the purpose to save energy and reduce emission was realized.
