摘  要:介绍了K15气缸体结构及技术要求,阐述了生产K15气缸体所采用的铸造工艺:采用整体组芯、立式浇注工艺,底注、半封闭式浇注系统,浇口比为1:O.47:O.69,内浇道、横浇道、直浇道的截面面积分别为1650mm^2;782mm^2、1133mm^2,采用煤粉湿型砂造型。分析了铸件顶面气孔的产生原因,并通过采取以下措施使该缺陷得以减少:采用高强度树脂,减少树脂加入量,将砂芯发气量由原来的14-14.6mL/g降为12.9-13.5mL/g;优化水套芯砂,改善砂芯排气条件;增加和扩大砂型和砂芯排气孔和排气道;用耐火泥防止铁液进入排气孔,并将浇注温度严格控制在1410-1440℃。Configuration and technical requirements of K15 model cylinder block were introduced. The casting method and process used for K15 cylinder block was described as follows:using whole core assembly molding,using vertical pouring process,bottom gating-enlarged runner system with gating ratio of 1:0.47:0.69,the section area of ingates,runner bar and sprue of 1 650mm2,782 mm2,1 133 mm2;using coal dust green sand for molding. The reason causing blowhole defect on top surface of the casting was analyzed,and by adopting following measures,the blowhole defect has been reduced:using high strength resin to reduce resin addition and thereby reduced the gas evolution from former 14~14.6 m L/g to 12.9~13.5 m L/g;optimizing core sand of jacket core to improve core venting conditions;increasing and enlarging venting holes and venting canals;using fireclay to avoid iron melt entering venting holes;and strictly controlling pouring temperature in the range of 1 410~1 440 ℃.
