摘  要:介绍了驱动桥壳的分类及一体化桥壳的结构,并阐述了高性能一体化铸造桥壳生产工艺为采用树脂砂造型、制芯,一型2件。对于原工艺的工艺出品率低,通过采用发热冒口工艺,降低造型难度,取消边冒口,使工艺出品率由原来的60%.68%上升到80%以上;对于铸件变形,经过多次试验,确定起模3h后方可浇注,浇注4h后打箱,可以使铸件变形量小于1mm;对于铸件偏芯,将原来使用的M5、M1O芯撑改为自行设计制造的3联M12芯撑,最终使铸件偏芯不超过1mm.The classification and structure of integrated drive axle housing were introduced. High-performance integrated cast axle production process was described as follows:resin sand molding,core making and one type with two pieces. According to the low produced rate disadvantages of original process,exothermic riser was used,modeling difficulties was reduced and side riser was cancelled. These adjustments make the process yield increased from 60%~68% to over 80%. To reduce casting deformation,pouring was performed 3 hours after stripping and shake out was performed 4 hours after pouring. The deformation reduced to less than 1 mm by these measures. To reduce casting core shift,own designed and manufactured 3-linked M12 chaplet was used instead of original M5 and M10 chaplet. The core shift is less than 1 mm by this improvement.
