摘　　要：肺移植是治疗患者中晚期肺疾患的唯一有效方法。安全有效的器官保存是移植成功的先决条件。本文介绍了低温保存离体肺的能量代谢、病理生理改变以及保存离体肺的保存液的理想要求、条件、种类、所含胶体物质、评价指标等方面的研究现状。Lung transplantation is the only feasible way for treating the patients with moderate and advanced lung diseases. The safe and effective organ preservation is a prerequisite for transplantation success. This article summarized the research statuses of ener-gy metabolize of preserved organ in low temperature, the pathological and physiological reactions, and the desirable requirements, con-ditions, kinds, contained colloid material, and evaluation indexes of preservation solutions.
