摘 要:采用静电纺制备了不同质量比的玉米醇溶蛋白(Zein)/聚乙烯醇-苯乙烯吡啶盐(PVA-Sb Q)复合纳米纤维,在紫外光照射下得到光交联Zein/PVA-Sb Q复合纳米纤维。利用扫描电镜(SEM)对复合纳米纤维的形貌和直径分布进行了分析;傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)曲线表明,Zein/PVA-Sb Q复合纳米纤维保持了两组分原有的化学功能基团;通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了复合纳米纤维的热学性能,结果表明其具有较高的热稳定性;静态接触角(CA)测试说明,随着PVA-Sb Q比例增大复合纳米纤维疏水性降低;强力测试表明,PVA-Sb Q的加入增大了Zein纳米纤维的强度。Zein / PVA-Sb Q composite nanofibers blend with different mass ratios were fabricated by electrospinning. Then the nanofibers were irradiated under UV light to get the cross-linked ones. The morphologies and diameter distributions of Zein / PVA-Sb Q composite nanofibers were observed by SEM. The spectra of FT-IR indicated that two compositions of composite nanofibers maintained their own original functional groups. The thermal properties of composite nanofibers were studied by DSC,the results from characterizations revealed that the composite nanofibers still maintained superior thermal stability with the addition of PVA-Sb Q. The results of CA elucidated the hydrophobicity decreased for composite nanofibers with increasing PVA-Sb Q composition. The strength test showed that the addition of PVA-Sb Q increased the tensile strength of composite nanofibers.
