摘　　要：科技型中小企业发展的根本动力是创新,需要大量的企业资源的支持,财务冗余不失为一条有效途径。财务冗余是企业冗余资源的重要组成部分。文章从财务冗余这一新的视角分析冗余资源对科技型中小企业绩效的影影响,研究发现在科技型中小企业特有的结构中财务冗余与企业绩效呈正相关关系,一方面可以作为缓冲剂降低企业在不确定风险下的损失,另一方面可以为企业创新提供资金保障,维持企业较高绩效水平平。Innovation plays a vital role in small and medium technological enterprises, and needs a lot of enterprise resources. And financial slack is a good way for enterprise innovation by supplying capital resources. Financial slack is acting as the most important and valuable redundant resources in the business. This essay will analyze the influence of financial slack on business performance of small and medium technological enterprises from the perspective of financial slack, and then further explore the relationship between financial slack and business performance, thus reducing the losses of enterprises under uncertain risks, providing a fund guarantee for business innovation and maintaining a high level of business performance.
