摘 要:技术进步是一国经济增长的推动力和获取竞争优势的主要来源之一一,而对外投资是引进国外先进技术、设备和管理经验的非常好的途径之一。本文在现有的国际研发溢出模型的框架下构建了一个有关中国对外直接投资(OFDI)的研发溢出模型,并利用1990-2012年的相关数据分析了中国OFDI通过反向溢出效应对国内技术进步的影响。结果表明,国内研发对国内技术进步的支持力度最大,中国也从国外研发中获得了一定的技术溢出,但由于各种因素的制约,特别是国内吸收能力,使得OFDI的技术溢出效应对中国经济发展的积极影响还不是很明显。Technology advancement is a significant impetus for the economic growth and is the major factor of competitive advantage of a nation, while foreign direct investment (FDI) is an effective way to introducing an advanced technology, equipment and production management modes. Based on the traditional framework of international research and development (R& D) spillover model, this paper attempts to build an analogous model especially for Chinese outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) to analyze the relationship between Chinese FDI and its economic growth through the international and domestic R&D channels by the relevant data from 1985 to 2008. The results show that the domestic R&D gives the greatest support to China' s economic growth, and the spillover of international R&D has also benefited China' s technological progress. However, due to various factors, especially the domestic absorption ability, the positive influence of technology spillover effects of Chinese OFDI on the economic development is not very obvious.
